And then there’s our legendary Stasjonsvaffel, the Station Waffle. It’s a must. Back in his student days, our host Geir Evensen sold waffles at the top of the Lysgårdsbakkene ski jump in the run-up to the 1994 Olympics. His love for a good waffle (and his knack for making one) has stayed with him ever since.
